We are improving how we manage demo accounts to provide you with a more efficient and seamless experience.
Starting June 14, 2025, at 07:00 (UTC+3), the expiry duration for MT4 and MT5 demo accounts will be updated as follows:
What’s Changing?
MT4 Demo Accounts
- Demo accounts that have not been used to log in to the server within 30 days will be automatically deleted.
- The expiry countdown begins from the account’s last successful server login.
MT5 Demo Accounts
- Demo accounts will expire 30 days after the last successful login (using the Master password).
- Each successful login extends the expiry by another 30 days.
- Logins using the Investor password do not reset the expiry timer.
In both cases, once a demo account expires, all trading activity and history will be permanently deleted.
Additionally, all expired demo accounts will be automatically deleted every Sunday.
Why the Update?
This update is part of our ongoing efforts to optimize system performance and ensure a smoother experience for all users.
If you are using a demo account to test strategies or explore the platform, we recommend logging in regularly and keeping track of your account status.
