In order to provide global investors with the best trading experience, Doo Prime has been unremittingly and constantly improving the quality of our products and services. To this end, Doo Prime will upgrade our system from 10:00 to 18:00 on March 13, 2021, Beijing time. The specific adjustments are as follows:
1. The total amount of handling fees, inventory fees, profit and loss of all orders history (including all transaction orders, pending orders, deposit and withdrawal orders) before 00:00:00 on January 01, 2020, platform time will be combined into one deposit and withdrawal order. You may find this order in the order history of your trading account;
2. All orders history (including all trading orders, pending orders, deposit and withdrawal orders) before 00:00:00 on January 01, 2020 platform time will be deleted.
During this period, the MT4 client account will not be accessible; the account opening application and deposit and withdrawal in your CRM account will operate as usual, but the Order List in the CRM account Trade Statistics will not display the deposit and withdrawal orders operated during the upgrade. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Once the system is upgraded, all functions will resume to normal. Thank you again for your understanding!
